1. 1^st CHRONICLES 16:8-9
⁸Give thanks to the LORD, call on His name; make known among the nations what He has done.
⁹Sing to Him, sing praise to Him; tell of all His wonderful acts.
THANK HIM FOR WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR YOU.

2. JOHN 3:16
¹⁶For God so loved the world that he gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him shall not perish but have eternal life.
PRAISE AND THANK HIM FOR HIS SON.

3. PHILIPPIANS 4:6-7
⁶Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God.
⁷And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
LET HIM KNOW YOUR HEART REGARDING THOSE WORRIES AND ANXIETIES YOU’VE GIVEN HIM.

4. PSALM 139:23-24
²³Search me, O God, and know my heart; test me and know my anxious thoughts. ²⁴See if there is any offensive way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
ASK HIM TO OPEN YOUR HEART AND REVEAL TO YOU THOSE AREAS THAT NEED ATTENTION.

5. PSALM 38:17-18
¹⁷For I am about to fall, and my pain is ever with me.
¹⁸I confess my iniquity; I am troubled by my sin.
IS THERE A SPECIFIC SIN (OR SPECIFIC SINS) THAT YOU NEED TO ADMIT AND REPENT OF? DO IT NOW!

6. EPHESIANS 5:18b
¹⁸…be filled with the Spirit.
ASK GOD TO FILL YOU WITH HIS HOLY SPIRIT. THANK HIM FOR FILLING YOU EVEN AS YOU PRAYED.

7. HEBREWS 12:15
¹⁵See to it that no one misses the grace of God and that no bitter root grows up to cause trouble and defile many.
IS THERE ANY UNRESOLVED BITTERNESS OR UNFORGIVENESS TOWARD ANOTHER PERSON? (It may be a family member, friend, pastor, boss, co-worker, or teacher).
DON’T GIVE SATAN A FOOTHOLD IN YOUR LIFE!

8. 2^nd CORINTHIANS 2:5–11
⁵If anyone has caused grief, he has not so much grieved me as he has grieved all of you, to some extent—not to put it too severely.
⁶The punishment inflicted on him by the majority is sufficient for him.
⁷Now instead, you ought to forgive and comfort him, so that he will not be overwhelmed by excessive sorrow.
⁸I urge you, therefore, to reaffirm your love for him.
⁹The reason I wrote you was to see if you would stand the test and be obedient in everything.
¹⁰If you forgive anyone, I also forgive him. And what I have forgiven—if there was anything to forgive—I have forgiven in the sight of Christ for your sake,
¹¹in order that Satan might not outwit us. For we are not unaware of his schemes.
WILL YOU FORGIVE HIM/HER RIGHT NOW?

¹Have mercy on me, O God,
according to your unfailing love;
according to your great compassion
blot out my transgressions.

²Wash away all my iniquity
and cleanse me from my sin.

³For I know my transgressions,
and my sin is always before me.

⁴Against you, you only, have I sinned
and done what is evil in your sight,
so that you are proved right when you speak
and justified when you judge.

⁵Surely I was sinful at birth,
sinful from the time my mother conceived me.

⁶Surely you desire truth in the inner parts;
you teach me wisdom in the inmost place.

⁷Cleanse me with hyssop, and I will be clean;
wash me, and I will be whiter than snow.

let the bones you have crushed rejoice.

⁹Hide your face from my sins
and blot out all my iniquity.

¹⁷The sacrifices of God are a broken spirit;
a broken and contrite heart,
O God, you will not despise.

¹⁸In your good pleasure make Zion prosper;
build up the walls of Jerusalem.

¹⁹Then there will be righteous sacrifices,
whole burnt offerings to delight you;
then bulls will be offered on your altar
LET THESE WORDS SPEAK TO YOUR HEART. ASK GOD TO USE THEM AS TOOLS ON YOUR HEART AND MIND.

10. 1^st JOHN 1:9
⁹If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just and will forgive us our sins and purify us from all unrighteousness.
WILL YOU CONFESS THAT SIN AND RECEIVE HIS FORGIVENESS AND CLEANSING?
DON’T LET THIS TIME PASS.

11. COLOSSIANS 3:15
¹⁵Let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts, since as members of one body you were called to peace. And be thankful.
BE PEACEFUL AND FOCUS YOUR HEART ON HIM.

12. 1^st PETER 5:7
⁷Cast all your anxiety on Him because He cares for you.
GIVE THOSE WORRIES AND ANXIETIES TO HIM.

13. EXODUS 15:2
²The LORD is my strength and my song; He has become my salvation.
He is my God, and I will praise Him, my father’s God, and I will exalt Him.
PRAISE HIM FOR WHO HE IS.
